Are You Getting Enough Vitamins?

I drink a lot of water during the day, I try to get in at least 3 litres a day as well as the odd cup of tea but I am anemic and I find it hard to get more vitamins and nutrients into my diet so I find products like this an absolute god send. I get tired quite easily, or lazy as my mother used to say so I am always on the lookout for something which is easy to take rather than some disgusting concoction or tablets, which I hate!

I hadn't heard of Get More Vitamins until I got an email asking me to sample some of their drinks and I thought, hey why not? I have been really looking after myself this month, like most of us in January, by eating healthier, partaking in Dry January and working out so the thought of adding something else into my daily routine was enticing. 

I had a few which I drank each morning after my early gym sessions where I felt I needed the pick me up. I received Blackcurrant & Blueberry with added vitamin A. It had a subtle fizz to it, something I dont normally drink as I hate carbonated drinks but this went down a treat. Plus, its sugar free, made with all natural ingredients and less than 10 calories a pop.

Like I said, I am anemic so I try to add as much iron into my diet as possible, without causing harm and vitamin A helps you maintain the right amount of iron in your blood. It is also essential for eyesight, healthy skin, and maintenance of the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs. 

I really enjoyed this water as it was exactly the same as flavoured water with the added benefit of vitamin A which boasts an incredible 50% more than your recommended daily allowance (RDA). I didnt know where to buy it but I saw it in my local Sainsbury's for £1.20 which in my book is pretty darn good. There is also a variety of drinks with different added vitamins such as Mango & Passion Fruit with added vitamin D which I will be buying as soon as possible as I live in Scotland where there is a definite lack of sunshine and Vit D!
